YS&YS Samantha

Posted in Skins,SL Mesh by Piper Hanriot on July 10, 2016

On a rainy and breezy Sunday in the Southern England, just before I go offline for a week or two to move house, I thought I would write just one last quick blog for my loyal readers.

As you know last weekend I purchased a Lelutka mesh head and I am now currently shopping around for mesh head skin appliers to wear with my fabulous new mesh head.

I have been a fan of Your Skin & Your Shape (a.k.a. YS&YS) for many years.  The designer, Monicuzza Babenco has always given us women in Secondlife a wonderful selection of skins in a variety of shades, shapes, eyes and even some accessories.

In her skin boxes, I have always loved that Monicuzza provides a gorgeous selection of different make-ups whether they are full face or separate eye shadows and lipsticks, so I am immensely happy to see that in her skin boxes for the mesh head that this has not changed.

The hud for the skin contains a choice of 8 eye shadows and eye liners and 8 different shades of lipstick.  The lipsticks are pre-dominantly dark, however if you prefer a lighter shade, then all you have to do is move the slider on your mesh head hud, simple!  You can also adjust the slider underneath to add or remove more gloss.  Either way it is so easy to adjust this on the mesh head hud, so you can have the perfect pout for day and evening in two easy steps.

After speaking to a fellow blogger, I also wanted to point one small issue, which is a ‘Mesh’ issue and NOT a problem with the Lelutka mesh head.  In order to see your eye shadow, on the bottom left of the hud (eye lashes) you need to click on the ‘mask’ button, this will hide your eye lashes.  You then need to wear mesh eye lashes with your mesh head.  Again, like I said this is a mesh issue.  However,if you choose not want to wear eye shadow, then you can click on the ‘blend’ button and select the eye lashes from the hud that you wish to wear.

That is all I have for now, however I will be back in a week or so with some more amazing items from Secondlife to show you.  In the meantime though, I hope you find this blog useful.  Have fun, stay safe and see you soon.  Until next time …
