A Reaghan Fantasy

Posted in Fantasy,Medieval by Piper Hanriot on February 4, 2012

2012 is definitely going to be a year of creativity both in SL and also in RL.  For this blog, my very good friend, Madison Winthorpe of Winthorpe Enterprises has today released and stunning and very beautiful new gown called Reaghan.  When Madison first told me about this gown she was designing she said to me “I’m calling it Reaghan, as it will be a regal gown”, yet on first sight the very first words that entered my brain were “fairy fantasy”.

So I decided to model this gorgeous, shimmering gown with a magical  fantasy theme.

Reaghan in Lilac – Plain skirt with sheer overlay

Reaghan in Lilac – Ballroom skirt with sheer overlay

Madison has very cleverly provided four skirt options with this gown, the plain and ballroom skirts with the sheer overlay, as modelled above or you can choose either the plain or ballroom skirt with no sheer overlay.  As well as various delightful skirt options, let us not forget the simply exquisite gold-embroidered bodice that delicately sparkles in the twilight.

As you can see, these are just two of the fabulous colours for this amazing gown.  However, there are plenty more to choose from to include Silver, Gold and Rose for the lighter colours and Pumpkin, Cocoa and Ruby for the darker colours.  In total there are fourteen different colours and for those of you who are stuck for choice, then of course there is the fabulous fatpack containing one of each, that’s a whole two weeks worth of gowns lol

Once this gown was in progress, Madison explained that she had the idea of designing a head-piece to accompany this outfit.  when she asked for my opinion, I said “how about something dainty and elegant, like a gold tiara”.  So Madison then set to work and ended up not only making a stunning tiara, but also a necklace and matching earrings.  This jewellery set is sold separately but with Valentine’s Day just around the corner, the Reaghan in Ruby, teamed up with the Reaghan jewellery set would be the perfect Valentine’s gift for any woman in SL.

So there you have it, another masterpiece from a top designer in SL with a touch of added magic, just for Valentine’s.  Whatever you are all doing now and also on February 14th, I hope you have a good SL and happy Valentine’s to you all.
